Yes. Every lead comes straight from a live Meta Ads or Google Ads campaign as it's generated. Nothing here is a recycled or resold database list.
No. Each lead belongs to one agent only. The moment you unlock it, that lead leaves the pool, so nobody else can unlock the same person and you're never racing another agent to reach them first.
Your level sets how many leads you can unlock each day, from 1 a day at Level 1 up to 3 a day at Level 5. It moves based on how consistently you use that allowance.
Every Monday at 10am we look back at your previous 7 days. Use your full allowance on 6 or more of those days and you go up a level. Use it on 2 or fewer and you go down. Anything in between and you stay where you are. Level 1 cannot drop any lower, and Level 5 is the top.
A day only counts if you unlock your whole allowance for that day. There is no partial credit, so unlocking 1 out of 2 counts the same as unlocking none.
From Level 2 upwards your allowance builds up at a fraction of a lead per day rather than a flat number, which is why it alternates: Level 2 gives you 1 or 2 leads, Level 4 gives you 2 or 3. Google leads are separately capped at 1 per day on every level.
If the lead pool runs short and genuinely cannot cover your allowance, that whole week is skipped and your level does not move. A shortage on our side will never cost you a level.
One other thing to know: if you have leads you unlocked but never rated, that blocks your first unlock of the following day. Rating them takes a moment and is what tells us which lead sources are worth buying more of.
Every lead is reviewed and approved by our admin team before it's available to unlock. Income tiers are self-reported by leads through our advertising forms and may not reflect actual income.
